Terms of Use

Payment Methods, Delivery and Privacy

All orders received through the SECURE online ordering system are through PAYPAL, ensuring your privacy and safety. All major credit cards are accepted when paying thru PayPal or if you have an account with them you can pay directly from your bank account.

Changing an Order

If you need to cancel your order, contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Please include details of the transaction that you would like to change to ensure accuracy.

Please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Kwik-Switch.com accepts orders over the phone or you can simply email us and we will contact you regarding payment.If you choose to order via Email, an invoice will be sent to you via PayPal and once payment is received your order will be despatched or you may pay by Direct Debit - call or email us for details.

Phone and Mail orders: Cheque, Direct Debit, Credit Card or money order.

Note: if paying by cheque your order will not be dispatched until it has been cleared through our bank account.

To order by phone: please call us on  0403 680 080 during our customer service hours. Before calling, please note our customer service line is in Queensland +8 hours GMT. You may call outside normal working hours and leave a message. We will contact you within 24 hours.

To order by mail: Send your order plus cheque or money order to:

Kwik-Switch.com Sales, Kwik-Switch PO Box 1123 Townsville Qld 4810. Please include your telephone number and/or email address so we can confirm we have received your order.

Customer service hours: Mon-Fri 9.00 am - 4.00 pm (Note: This is Queensland time)

Delivery time and Postage:

Orders will be dispatched in a timely manner on receipt of payment but as some items may be on back-order please allow at least 14 days for your oder to reach you. Postage and Handling charge on all orders is min. $12.00 for 3kg express mail bag. Every additional kilo or part thereof $10.00
